Born from a small concession stand tucked between funnel cakes and Ferris wheels, Dottie’s Kitchen built its reputation one bbq brisket nacho at a time. Named for my mother — the epitome of quality and care — we carry her standards into every lunchbox we pack. From the crunchy potato chips and cookie choice, to the puffy mint that seals it with a kiss, every detail matters. Today, Dottie’s Kitchen partners with schools, college cafés, corporate sites, and government programs across the Midwest, delivering meals that balance comfort with craftsmanship. We keep it fresh, flavorful, and made with uncompromising quality — Midwest fare with Midwest flair, designed to make every meal a moment to savor.

Dottie's Kitchen is a premier full-service catering provider in Kansas City, specializing in daily meal services for childcare facilities, schools, state and federal facilities, nursing homes, and more. We also offer corporate catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with diverse menu options, including boxed lunches and hot buffet-style meals. As a Kansas City caterer, BBQ is a favorite, but our extensive menu includes signature sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Our mission is to serve fresh, seasonal, high-quality Midwest fare while accommodating various dietary restrictions and allergies.
